A cutting-edge spy satellite plummets into downtown Los Angeles, prompting the FBI to inform Amy about a highly radioactive component that’s gone missing. If disturbed, it poses a risk of irradiating a large portion of the city. The criminal organization Scorpio, led by the enigmatic figure known as 'The One,' is implicated in the satellite's downfall. Agent Wick prohibits Sammo and Grace from joining the investigation, suspecting them of being Chinese spies due to their nationality. Meanwhile, Sammo is also on a mission to locate his son, Lone Wei.
