Cliff Eagleton, a former soldier, leads his crew, The Freedom Brigade, in a brazen bank heist armed with automatic weapons and body armor. Lt. Garrett, a Military Intelligence Officer, reveals that Eagleton escaped from custody and murdered a Texas Ranger. She also points out that the firearms seized during the heist were meant to be destroyed at an Army base. To uncover the truth behind this, Grace goes undercover at the base, investigating who is complicit. Meanwhile, Sammo partners with Texas Ranger Walker, who is also on the hunt for Eagleton.
