On a tranquil train departing from Tokyo, an unforeseen delay brings together four passengers: a disheartened picture book author, a grieving widower traveling with his daughter, and an elderly retired wrestler. As they wait, each individual reflects on memories they've long set aside, leading them to discover newfound hope and inspiration for their futures.
