Winston, a seasoned pro at manipulating the DHSS, raises the stakes when he enlists the help of the charming home-care worker, Mrs. Begg, who captures the attention of the boys. However, Winston's ability to maintain his charade is put to the test. Meanwhile, Jack and Victor are concerned about their recently widowed friend, Bert Finlay. He’s struggling, wandering aimlessly around town and unable to even boil an egg. Reminded of their own pasts, the duo decides they need to step in and support their old friend before it's too late.
