The Neds have taken over the neighborhood park, much to the annoyance of Jack and Victor. In an effort to reclaim their turf, Winston steps up to handle the situation. Complicating matters is their friend Ronnie, who’s currently in a mental health facility. To get him out, they pretend to be his brothers. But will they reach him before it’s too late, and can Ronnie manage to cope with reality once he’s back?
