In Ohio, Truck Hunters Shawn and Vince are tasked with locating and transporting a big rig carrying sensitive cargo, but they soon find themselves being followed by an unknown figure. Meanwhile, in Texas, a trailer loaded with valuable cattle is stuck on a track, leaving Marshall and Korchenko as the trucker’s only chance to prevent a catastrophic accident. Over in New Jersey, brothers-in-law John and Gene are racing against the clock to recover a stolen truck containing a million dollars' worth of laptops. Lastly, in Denver, Animal and Steve face the challenges of delivering a high-stakes load as the President's visit causes major traffic jams in the city.
