S3E3 There Goes the Building

Sandra brings her boyfriend, the same one who audited the Jenkins, to meet the ladies. Although Mary remains skeptical of him, he manages to win her over with his charm. Meanwhile, Rose decides to sell 227 to him since she appreciates his efficiency with his building across the street and his help with some issues at 227. The following day, a man appears claiming he plans to demolish 227, but only Mary witnesses him. She accuses Mr. Stone, sharing her concerns with the other residents. When Rose confronts Mr. Stone about it, he cancels the deal before she can mention the demolition, but he sends a building inspector to convince her to reconsider the sale.
