Meet Dr. Andy Campbell, a former Army colonel who has transitioned back to civilian life to co-lead the Rittenhouse Women's Health Clinic. Tensions rise as Lu and Andy clash over a controversial case involving a wealthy patient in desperate need of a kidney transplant and a financially struggling woman willing to sell her healthy organ for cash.
