The Curtins are gearing up for a day of cosmetic procedures, with Lynne getting a facelift and her eldest daughter Raquel having a bump removed from her nose. Tamra Barney is re-entering the real estate market by showcasing her first property in years. Additionally, Vicki heads to Florida for an insurance convention and invites all the Housewives for a girls' getaway. However, Alexis warns Gretchen that if she joins Vicki’s trip, Jim will be tagging along, prompting Gretchen to question the nature of everyone's relationships.
