Jane feels guilty for Sydney's troubles and decides to kick Michael out. Meanwhile, Sydney is found not guilty due to a lackluster prosecution. Jo is furious when Reed expresses interest in Amanda as a potential backer for his charter boat business. Jake confronts Reed about his motives regarding both women.
