A former admiral is set to sell a potent computer virus capable of crippling any naval fleet. However, his scheme takes an unexpected turn when he accidentally eliminates the computer "antidote" before the IMF can secure it. With the clock ticking, the IMF must find a way to coerce the admiral into disclosing the vital "antidote" to prevent a maritime disaster.
