Following the shooting of five individuals in Lincoln Park, the mayor directs his ire at Colvin, criticizing her for inadequate police efforts. In a bid to improve her public image, Colvin assigns Wysocki and Evers to investigate the incident. Meanwhile, Isaac and Vonda are tasked with revisiting a long-standing domestic abuse case, seeking resolution and justice.
