Doug hopes to spend a weekend in Las Vegas with his friends, so he starts racking up credit by treating Carrie to a spa day. Meanwhile, inspired by the idea of Vegas, Arthur decides to teach Spence the art of card counting. They end up visiting a small casino hosting an event for orphans.
