S6E15 Cheap Saks

While at an art gallery, Doug and Carrie unexpectedly encounter Doug's former girlfriend, Trish. Doug tells Carrie that Trish took their split pretty hard. Despite Doug's objections, Carrie invites Trish to lunch. Once at the restaurant, Carrie soon understands why Doug ended things—Trish is clingy and irritating. Just as Carrie considers ending their budding friendship, she learns about Trish's employee discount at Saks Fifth Avenue, which changes her perspective. Meanwhile, Spence decides to go on a date with a man, even though he's not gay, to help lift his spirits.
