S1E1 The Girl in the Sea

Title: The Girl in the Sea Plot: Dianne Bates arrives at the underwater facility ORCA with her sons, Jason and Bret, for a six-month research project focused on whales. They soon encounter Winston Seth, Dianne’s assistant, and Commander Lucas. While Bret is fascinated by the unique environment, Jason expresses his discontent. At dinner, Bret makes new friends, Zoe and Jake, nicknamed Froggy. Later, Dianne, Winston, Jason, and Bret venture out on a boat to attach a transmitter to a whale. Suddenly, a mysterious girl surfaces from the ocean, preventing Jason from completing the task, forcing Dianne to take over. Jason’s tale of the mermaid is met with skepticism.
