After Nick gets injured during a game of touch football and Jess learns that he lacks insurance, she decides to take him to her doctor friend, who happens to be an OB-GYN. Meanwhile, the rest of the group comes together to support Nick as he reflects on his life, realizing that what initially seemed like a minor back injury might actually be more troubling than he initially believed.
