Nancy pays a visit to Duncan Elliot, the garage owner linked to Le Saux, and discovers Theo Kettler’s stolen car. This leads to the recovery of crucial evidence from the vehicle, providing DCI Newman with a significant lead, but it also puts Nancy in increased peril. At the same time, conflict arises within the Le Saux family as Hayley and her brother Tate take over the haulage yard they’ve inherited.
