Buzzcut attempts to motivate Beavis and Butt-head to exercise. He believes they need some physical activity to improve their health and discipline. Despite his best efforts, the duo finds it challenging to take the workout seriously, leading to a series of humorous and chaotic moments as they struggle with the exercises and each other.
