When a mine collapses, Quince and Simon find themselves trapped inside. New drover Ed discovers some blasting gel and gun cotton, proposing to free them for $500 with the help of his friend Jerry. They set off on a treacherous trip to the mine, transporting the volatile materials in a shaky old wagon.
