In North Jersey, Dirty Water Don takes the plunge into a hazardous sewer line. Meanwhile, in Mt. Vernon, Ramone and George are hard at work attempting to clear a basement flooded with sewage. Over in Cleveland, Josh faces the challenge of breaking apart a stubborn rock formation that could cause a devastating flood if left unchecked.
