Geri is tasked with organizing a charity auction but stumbles right away by choosing Blair as her assistant. Blair swiftly asserts herself, taking control and making decisions without Geri’s input. Frustrated, Geri decides to fire her, only to compound her error by refusing assistance from anyone else.
