While Magnus and Druitt hunt for an essential artifact in London, Will seizes control of the Sanctuary. Aware that Magnus's chance for a cure rests in the hidden underground city, he disregards her cautions and decides to unleash Adam-Hyde, believing he might guide them to a way into Hollow Earth.
