In this episode, Malcolm steps in to mediate the ongoing dispute between his grandparents after his grandfather is ousted from his home and takes refuge with Malcolm and Eddie. Meanwhile, Nicolette welcomes a new roommate, Regina, who quickly develops an interest in Eddie.
