Spencer's ongoing rivalry with Chuck takes a turn when Chuck pulls a prank and swipes Spencer's clothes. In an effort to end their feud, Spencer manages to get Chuck sent off to military school. Unfortunately, this only leads to Chuck's younger brother Chip developing a deep-seated hatred for Spencer, and he begins to torment him even more than Chuck did. Meanwhile, Gibby is excited about his new Galaxy Wars toy phaser, but his joy quickly fades when Sam inadvertently breaks it while defending him from a bully.
