Mitch is determined to prove he can hold his own against younger competitors by entering the Ironman race. Meanwhile, Summer grows increasingly wary of Matt's late nights. When Matt is too exhausted to participate, Summer steps in to help, but her efforts to save someone lead to her being knocked out cold.
