Worried about their ongoing struggles with academics, Matt and Amy decide to enroll their twins, Zach and Jeremy, at the Sylvan Learning Center. However, the boys initially struggle to adjust to the new learning environment. In the midst of this, Jeremy showcases his talent for engineering by successfully constructing a functioning hovercraft.
