George is set to join The Happy Guys of Pittsburgh, but on the night of his induction—coincidentally Halloween—he and Marsha uncover a sinister aspect of the group. At the same time, Mr. Belvedere reveals a surprising side of himself as he goes on a wild spree of toilet papering a house while trick-or-treating with Wesley.
