Meanwhile, 86-year-old Veronica arrives at St George's Hospital in south-west London with an open ankle fracture sustained from a car accident, raising concerns among doctors about a potential vascular injury that could result in the loss of her foot. At St Mary's, Heidi undergoes surgery after being attacked by a dog, while 56-year-old plasterer Lee is airlifted to the hospital after a severe car crash, where emergency responders spent over an hour freeing him from the wreckage.
