Officers set up spike strips to halt a perilous chase involving a stolen vehicle. A man claiming to be a mechanic insists he has the owner's consent to operate a semi-truck, but the owner disputes his claim. Meanwhile, a couple intervenes just in time to prevent a woman from fleeing in their car.
