Chaos erupts in a parking lot as police show up to shut down an illegal street race, causing cars to scatter in all directions. One clumsy racer attempts to lighten the mood with silly jokes to downplay the gravity of his actions, while a fugitive is more preoccupied with maintaining her dental health than the fact that a warrant is out for her arrest.
