In a frantic effort to escape arrest, a fugitive dashes through busy streets, weaving between cars. Meanwhile, a fierce dispute escalates dramatically when a woman begins shattering windows in a fit of rage. At the same time, an impatient motorist lets his anger boil over, crossing the line of road rage into dangerous territory.
