An intense car pursuit takes a sudden turn as the driver abandons the vehicle and makes a run for it. Tensions rise among neighbors when a scuffle breaks out between their children. Meanwhile, a jittery motorist grows increasingly agitated when law enforcement begins to investigate his passenger.
