Law enforcement finds themselves in a tough spot as they confront a combative suspect who is determined to escape. The officers must subdue a man intent on running off with crack cocaine. Meanwhile, a distraught driver raises suspicions when he stubbornly declines to open his glove compartment, leading the police to suspect he is hiding marijuana inside.
