In Pittsburgh, PA, Detectives Tony Moreno and Brian Nicholas investigate two individuals they believe are engaged in an illegal drug exchange. When one suspect tries to discard a handgun, the detectives swiftly apprehend both men. Upon their arrest, it’s revealed that one suspect has crack cocaine hidden in his mouth, leading him to despairingly label himself a "loser." In a chilling turn of events, Officers Jack Carson and Sally Jones from the Anchorage, AK, Police Department respond to a disturbing report of a man attempting to barter a young girl for crack cocaine.
