In Passaic County, NJ, Officer Jason DeGroat teams up with a fellow officer during a foot chase. Meanwhile in Maui, HI, Officer Nicholas Krau initiates a traffic stop, only for the driver to flee and leave behind a vehicle containing crystal meth. Back in Passaic County, Corporal Joe Petrocelli makes an arrest after witnessing a man purchasing drugs in the Paterson housing projects.
