Zoe has been unusually cheerful lately, leading her friends to wonder what might be behind her newfound joy. In reality, Zoe is keeping her budding friendship with AnnaBeth a secret, as AnnaBeth wishes to keep it from Lemon, Zoe's longtime rival. Meanwhile, Lemon is on a mission to be elected as the Belles' new Memory Matron, but she faces several challenges along the way that she must conquer to achieve her goal.
