Nick and Katrina head to southeastern Ohio for a three-day stay in the eerie Bellaire House, constructed in 1909 by miner Jacob Heatherington. The residence remained in the family until the tragic passing of Jacob's descendant, Lyde. Her brother, Edwin, heartbroken over her death, sought the help of mediums to reach her spirit, inadvertently creating portals that invited dark entities into their home.
