Miles and Tom Neville join forces for a common goal, but Miles remains skeptical of Tom's intentions. Meanwhile, Charlie, Jason, and Nora embark on a bold mission to rescue Dr. Stephen Camp from the river, determined to prevent Monroe from obtaining a lethal anthrax supply.
