Thankfully, an insightful Ephram, influenced by Madison, discovers what's driving his sister's outburst. Meanwhile, Amy's struggles with depression worsen, and when her therapist suggests medication, Dr. Abbott declines to prescribe anything, unwilling to help his daughter manage her grief over Colin's passing.
