After Bart faces bullying at the school dance, Marge rallies the community to implement anti-bullying laws. Meanwhile, Homer finds himself in trouble for bullying Ned Flanders and is sent to rehab. However, he emerges from rehab with a newfound sense of purpose, becoming a local hero in the process.
