A young Picasso seeks solace from his troubled marriage with Olga in the embrace of his latest muse, Marie-Thérèse Walter. Their passionate affair, however, is fleeting as he soon encounters Dora Maar. At the same time, Françoise Gilot stands up to the older Picasso, determined to chase her own artistic ambitions.
