Senator Stowe joyfully reveals the green light for a long-anticipated hydroelectric dam in his state. However, he soon faces backlash when activists highlight an ignored aspect of the project: it will uproot a tribe of 76 Native Americans from their reservation due to a loophole in a treaty established in 1792, during George Washington's presidency.
