Kathy is excited to embark on Rosie O'Donnell's lesbian cruise, but quickly discovers that she needs to tailor her stand-up routine to resonate with the lesbian crowd. To help her make the necessary changes, she reaches out to Jackie Warner from "Work Out." Just as she begins to adjust her comedy, Kathy is blindsided by devastating news that threatens to alter her life dramatically.
