A criminal known as "The Mangler" seeks vengeance against Fred, the foreman of the jury that sentenced him, which also included Barney. After escaping from prison, the Flintstones and the Rubbles go into hiding to protect themselves. In a twist of fate filled with various blunders, Fred inadvertently ends up recapturing "The Mangler," turning the tables on the vengeful felon.
