Barney plans to surprise Betty with a delayed engagement ring, handing it over to Fred for safekeeping. However, Wilma stumbles upon the ring and mistakenly believes it’s meant for her. To avoid ruining her excitement, Fred opts to buy a second ring but finds himself short on funds. In a pinch, he tricks Barney into boxing a champion, hoping to secure a $500 prize.
