Chaos ensues at Grace Brothers as someone is caught lifting Mrs. Slocombe's skirts and rummaging through Mr. Grainger's drawers. With shoplifting becoming a serious issue, Mr. Rumbold implements a store detective and sets up a video surveillance system. However, things take a turn when Mr. Rumbold becomes more of a voyeur, and the staff begins to act as if they’re on a reality TV show. In the end, the employees come together to sabotage the surveillance plan by exploiting Mr. Rumbold’s hypochondria to achieve their goal.
