After Terry's murder, the Internal Affairs Division launches an inquiry into the circumstances surrounding his death, while Aceveda starts his own investigation. At the same time, Dutch and Claudette look into the shooting of a churro vendor, which leads the detectives at the Barn to interrupt a gang initiation taking place nearby.
