S1E3 Word of Honor

Hank Worth, the son of affluent rancher Jake Worth, is abducted by three criminals who demand a ransom of $20,000. During an attempt to flee, Hank is shot in the back. The kidnappers summon Doc for help, but unfortunately, Hank succumbs to his injuries. Fearing they might require Doc’s medical expertise in the future, the captors decide to release him, but not before coercing him into promising never to disclose their identities. With his life spared, Doc is left with the heavy burden of silence.
