Harm and Mac delve into the case of a Marine general who alleges that a Navy doctor was responsible for his teenage daughter's death during a standard surgical procedure. At the same time, Bud grows increasingly exasperated with the mundane cases he's been assigned. Seeking a challenge, he takes it upon himself to look into what seems like a straightforward situation, only to uncover unexpected findings.
