Harm and Lt. Cmdr. Manetti head to Naples, Italy, after an Interpol officer suspects that a serial killer is hiding among the crew of a US destroyer, having murdered four women during shore leave in various European ports. Meanwhile, Mac stays on the USS Seahawk, waiting for a new officer to take over Lt. Singer's position.
